Part 3 of Pastor G’s series on the Lord’s Prayer was not a disappointment. He is really bringing the word to us.

Week Three: “Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors”… (Matthew 6:11-12)

The three points were:
1. God provides for our needs!
2. God provides our forgiveness!
3. God provides strength to forgive others!

God Provides For Our Needs!
“I am going to rain bread from heaven for you, and each day the people shall go out and gather enough for that day.” - Exodus 16:4

Part 4 of Pastor G’s series on the Lord’s Prayer was delivered a wonderful conclusion to this 4-week look into a often recited part of Scripture. This series has been timely and we are looking forward to what thus says the Lord on October 14. (Be sure to view Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.)

Matthew 6:13 - “And do not lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”

The top three points of enlightenment were as follows:
1. You’re Not Alone
2. Make the Right Choices!
3. It’s In Gods Hands!

On Sunday, October 14, 2018, we had the honor of hearing Pastor Derrick Wright teach us from Philippians 4:4-13. The title of his message was "Down, But Not Out!" It was a bold and riveting message. (Watch the sermon online.)

These were the three take away points that he highlighted:

Passion! Your attitude has nothing to do with your circumstances.
Mission! Mission and purpose has nothing to do with feeling.
Direction! Paul never loss sense of direction. Ask God to order your steps. Walk by faith!

Please join us this Sunday at 10 a.m. And, if you really want to get a head start on worship celebration, you must visit us at 9:30 a.m. for Flight School, led by Pastor Wright.

Exodus – 17:1-7 (NRSV) – Surviving Your Wilderness Experiences

The wilderness is not so much a place, but a state of mind
Wilderness experiences are those “in-between” times
God will take us “through” something before we can get “to” something!
Surviving Is Not An Option – It’s A Necessity!
Don’t let the delay derail your destiny!
God will never lead you where He can’t keep you!
